Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 500 gms paneer


  • 2 tbsp mai


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 3 nos green chili


  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 3 tbsp szechwan sauce


  • 2 tbsp garlic


  • 1.5 tsp ginger


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos capsicum


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1 tsp vinegar

Directions

  • Make the batter with first six ingredients, dip the paneer in it and deep fry it in vegetable oil
  • In a pan take vegetable oil (2tbspn) and add all ingredients from garlic to capsicum one by one and sauté well for 5 minutes Then add all remainingingredient and sauté well and add salt as required and if needed can add half glass of water to make the consistency little lose and finally can add add spring onion
